My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were exactly like the pictures but were a bit hot and stuffy, needing some TLC. On the bright side, the location was unbeatable for my special getaway to Hot Springs, with great coffee in the lobby and discounted passes to Quapaw Baths. However, the lack of dining options in the hotel was a disappointment.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right across from Hot Springs National Park, enabling us to leave the car parked and walk to the bathhouses and shopping. The rooms haven't been updated since the 40's to match the lobby, which could be more comfortable for larger people. The location is the best one! However, in the lobby, they offer discounted passes to Quapaw Baths.
